“The EE Costa Rica sampler tour is a MUST for any dedicated birder. The worst part of this trip of a lifetime is that it ended after 11 awe-inspiring, bird-filled days (not to mention the stellar fauna and flora). I am very sorry to no longer find myself in amazing Costa Rica with our two outstanding guides, who were exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. I wish I could join in with the next CR sampler tour to experience each moment again. Birders and/or nature-lovers of any level will thoroughly benefit from this carefully planned EE tour.”

“An outstanding tour with exceptional guides! Each day was filled with several stops to see more birds. Our guides,Ernesto and Paz, were always accommodating ensuring that everyone had good views. “Cossta Rica is a beauthful country with an amazing vairety of fauna, particularly birds, On a two-and-a-half hour boat trip, for example, I s=got a good view of every species of heron or egret I have ever seen in the easstern US,, plus two more species we do not have. My wife and I found this tour well planned and very well led. It more than fulfilled any expectations we had from Eagle-Eye's website. We saw all the birds I had expecially hoped to see, including resplendent quetzals and keel-billed toucans, and quite a few I was delighted to see, such as the sun bittern. Our guides, Ernesto and Paz, know where birds are likely to be, spotting the and helping us see them. Although we were the two Americans accompanying ten Canadians, the experience with our fellow travellers was the best we have ever had.”

“What a phenomenal tour! I saw over 200 life birds. Our guides Paz and Ernesto were exceptional. I really appreciated that they are ethical birders and involved in many local conservation projects. Some amazing photo ops on the river tour, and at many other locations. Exciting to also see monkeys, sloths, frogs and butterflies. The itinerary was perfect, nice to settle into each location for 3 nights. It's fast paced, and very rewarding. The food was great too. Had the time of my life!”

“Can't say enough about how wonderful this trip was. Ernesto and Paz were such amazing guides, their knowledge was exceptional!! The tour was so well organized, we always knew what the plans were for the day. I enjoyed the pace and we were able to see so many gorgeous birds, and learn about their habitats. The accomodations and food were all top notch. Was the trip of a lifetime!!”
