Got this for my son who is taking classes to be a EMT/Paramedic. He has some slight hearing loss due to tubes in ears and scarring. This really helps him pick out sounds over a standard stethoscope. I tried it out and the difference is amazing to me how much clearer it is with the "booster" on vs off.

I love this stethoscope, I had a hard time hearing certain sounds with other stethoscopes I have owned, but the sound quality is great!

Great steth but tubing is very sticky and pulls on my hair despite wiping the tubing with alcohol swabs several times!

This is my second Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope. I purchased my first during COVID, this is to leave at second work site as we are allottted CME Monies to buy new devices. Works AMAZING! Sounds SOOO MUCH BETTER than a Master Cardiology or a regular Cardiology IV.

Such an amazing tool; especially for my less acute hearing.

I bought this CORE to see if it would connect with my hearing aids. It does work, but for some reason subsequent connections connect with the audio low and unusable. I have to close out the app completely and go through the reconnect process and sometimes I get the volume back. This is not entirely practical in an EMS environment. I am using an iPhone SE and Widex hearing aids. The sound graph shows normal volume, but I am not hearing it. So I don't know if this is due to my phone or the scope. I have a significant high-frequency loss. I tried using the scope normally without the Bluetooth hearing aid connection. The cardiac sounds are better than anything I have ever used, but the lung sounds I really want to hear are not that great. One of the Eko advertisement emails I got showed the CORE device and bell only, which I thought would be handy if Bluetooth worked. One of the reps told me before I bought it said that the stethoscope earpieces are not intended to be removed. So I went back and looked at the email and it looks like the output tubing connector on the CORE was removed and taped over. If I can get the Bluetooth to work consistently, I would do the same thing.
