“I am getting a bit older, so it can be difficult for me to hear through my Littmann with the same precision as twenty years ago. I found this attachment that goes onto my stethoscope and it allows me to listen both normal and amplified. I don't use amplified all the time, but when I do it's helpful.”

“As a new nurse, I found this product to be of great help. I have recommended it to other nurses that have asked about it. It makes auscultating much more comfortable in identifying if something is wrong.”

“After 30 years of listening to sirens and aircraft noise my hearing is not what it use to be this device has made listening to breath sounds and heart tones much easier and more efficient.”

“Took a while to get cleared by german customs but finally received my Eko Core without paying additional taxes. Assembly using my Littmann Master Cardiology was easy and smooth. Sound amplification is excellent, however, a quiet set-up is needed to keep background noises to the minimum. As a gastroenterologist I also use it for bowel sounds. The iPhone/iPad App is sophisticated and connecting the Eko Core works like a charm. Saving the recording requires a speedy internet connection, unfortunately, I can't connect my iPhone to our hospital wifi due to data regulations. An option to save the data to the iPhone/iPad offline (and upload to the cloud later) would be welcome and earn 5/5 in my rating. The sound waves are best viewed on the computer, interpretation needs some practice. Overall, I am impressed by the performance of the Eco Core.”

“The device worked wonderfully, and was very robust. I enjoyed it very much. However, it is very difficult to remove the tubing of my original stethoscope (mine is 3M Littmann classic II). There were absolutely no instruction that I can find on the internet, except to pull, but when I did, the tubing ripped. It would be helpful if you tell us how to do it.”
