“I just wanted to say you provide outstanding customer service in a very timely manner. I am happy to have my ears back. I actually lent them (briefly) to a co worker and they loved the stethoscope. “Great product if you are hard of hearing. The only issue I had was the core amplifies all sounds. I can hear background noises just as loud as the clients heart and lung sounds. Need a filter sound option.”
