“First of all, I would like to say how amazing customer service is. I had the core attachment but had a really difficult time trying to disassemble my stethoscope. I reached out to them to see if my stethoscope was compatible as I had gotten this for a Christmas gift last year. They responded quickly and gave me some tips on how to disassemble the stethoscope and even offered to replace my core attachment with the Eko stethoscope/core. I opted for the replacement (which was free of charge) and recieved it within 2 days. The stethoscope is pretty good just by itself I think it is better than my Littman. With the core on it is even better, I heard the breath sounds so well and the heart so well. Two down sides, the ear pieces occasionally keep screwing off even to the point where I reached for my stethoscope and found an ear piece was missing. Second, as a vet I deal with a lot of hyper and nervous animals. The problem is that when they are shaking or trying to move I get more feedback than actually being able to hear the chest sounds. But overall I recommend it.”
