It's great but I barely see the engraving.

I love my Eko! Before Eko, I had issues with auscultation, not hearing clear enough. Eko allowed me to hear EVERYTHING!!

All the nurses on my floor are asking about my Eko Core and when they try it out they love it! It makes distinguishing lung sounds so much easier. I definitely feel more confident using the Eko Core.

I purchased the Core and bell so I wouldn't have to use my normal stethoscope. Even with phone volume all the way up, you can barely make out lung or heart sounds. With ear buds in, it's practically the same. The amplification is not loud enough.

I’ve really enjoyed my new stethoscope attachment. I’m getting more hard of hearing after fifty and it really helps me to heart heart and lung sounds better.

Can’t tell if I like it. It’s basically a fancy microphone, meaning every sound is amplified. This makes it hard for furry patients in the veterinary field.

i just bought the atttachment while on sale. When i attached it to my stethoscope and tested it. i can actually tell the difference of how loud the sound and volume from auscultating.

I love this tool. It has made a significant difference in my confidence, especially when listening to pediatric patients. I only gave this 4 stars, however, because the button on the eko core unit -turns it on or off- doesn't have stopper or some resistance built into it. This addition would be so helpful because when the stethoscope is in my bag and if it's hit just right, it will turn on the eko core and use up the battery life when I am not using it.
