“I got it to potentially use with just the stethoscope head directly into my bluetooth hearing aids (which somewhat block my ear canals for regular stethoscope use). But the quality of sound I picked up with distant and "tinny". You could hear the heart rate, but not the qualtity of sounds, flow or breath sounds. But when I tried it on my pediatric sethoscope as a piece between the head and the rest of the scope, it worked great. It applifies sounds that I was starting to miss and made me much for comfortable that I was hearing what I needed (like I used to) For $200, that is a bargain. Now I don't worry when the residents ask me to double check their exam!”

“I purchased this to assist me with the hearing aspect of my job . I suffer with pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear, which makes it hard for me to hear the brachial pulse when taking manual blood pressure. The Eko Core has helped me tremendously!!! Thank you for making such a great device!”

“I have not tried anything fancy with the Eko CORE, but am happy to have improved audio quality for my existing stethoscope. Initially the Eko would not finish charging, but that issue seems to have resolved. I am getting use to the increased stethoscope length (re shoving my pocket in my stethoscope). Turns out that everyone at the practice with whom I am currently locuming has the Eko Core. I guess I bought it just in the nick of time to fit in.”
