I bought the attachment and it fit perfectly to my cardiology IV stethoscope. Within minutes it was all assembled. I charged the device and used it immediately triaging patients. Heart and lung sounds were so much easier to differentiate. Already recommended to colleagues.

I work as a Paramedic and recently had an acoustic neuroma removed that resulted in substantial hearing loss in the affected ear. I was initially hesitant to make this purchase, however now I’m not sure why I waited as long as I did. Not only am I able to listen to lung sounds better than I ever have before, the noise cancellation feature really cuts out the background noise to help while operating in really loud environments. (Like the back of a moving ambulance) I highly recommend this device to anyone who works in the field.

As an older medic, my hearing is starting to fade some. Purchased the Eko CORE digital attachment for use with my Littman stethoscope. The sounds are like day and night. Why didn’t I purchase this sooner!!

I got it to potentially use with just the stethoscope head directly into my bluetooth hearing aids (which somewhat block my ear canals for regular stethoscope use). But the quality of sound I picked up with distant and "tinny". You could hear the heart rate, but not the qualtity of sounds, flow or breath sounds. But when I tried it on my pediatric sethoscope as a piece between the head and the rest of the scope, it worked great. It applifies sounds that I was starting to miss and made me much for comfortable that I was hearing what I needed (like I used to) For $200, that is a bargain. Now I don't worry when the residents ask me to double check their exam!
