“I like that you can turn it on/off quickly and revert back to analog mode. I'm still fine tuning the volume. Like the Eko 500, it picks up mostly clothes noise if you listen on top of the clothes. It is good for listening to heart sounds. I haven't activated the Eko membership yet, but don't really plan on using any of its features so probably will not.”

“I have worn hearing aids for many years. I had a Bluetooth compatible stethoscope that was very expensive that didn’t last. I have been getting by with my Littman for the past 5 years but my hearing has worsened. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money for a stethoscope for the hearing impaired. This attachment works great. My only minor issue is the end doesn’t want to stay screwed in but it has been insignificant.”

“I have seen a marked improvement in being able to hear lung sounds in the back of the rig. With some hearing loss due to working in construction for 45 years, this has been a great improvement in my ability to hear certain sounds.”

“The Eko CORE is very effective in amplifying all sounds, most effectively the lung sounds. This unit was a replacement for an Eko CORE that I've had for 3 years.”

“I was hesitant to spend so much on a stethoscope attachment, but I had trouble hearing certain heart sounds like murmurs. I wasn't sure if it would fit my Littmann Classic III, but it did! The sound quality improved dramatically. I love it because I can hear everything clearly now. I haven't used the app yet, so I can't comment on that. My main goal was to amplify my stethoscope's volume, and it perfectly achieves that.”

“Works better than expected and should be standard for all those who practice. Only suggestion is to switch to USB-C for charging port to align with all other current devices. Mag charging would be even better. Other than that, recommend for everyone!!!”
