Peer pressure… lol all of my coworkers bought the Eko and I finally jumped on the band wagon. Once I figured out how loud I needed to turn it up, I was golden. I do love it and it makes assessments much easier.

I love my eko. It is totally worth having. It amplifies the sound, you can record to come back to and it makes breath sounds easier to hear which is one of my favorites!

As a field EMS provider since 1976. The skill set in auscultation is a must. Over my career that has been in a variety of environments. Has resulted in considerable changes in hearing. This device restores this vital skill set. And I once again have the confidence in being able to distinguish. What I’m hearing and the ability to effectively care for my patients.

My Eko CORE works very well. I can now hear murmurs and abnormal sounds that my patients' others providers never had detected previously.

Makes the excellent acoustics of my Master Cardiology even better. Especially for heart sounds. My patient population largely suffers from CHF and other cardiomyopathies. Low EF, aortic regurgitation and stenosis. I've never heard murmurs and valve closures more clearly with the Eko. Those diminished breath sounds on your CHF patient with fluid overload and COPD? Well, they're still diminished, but you can hear those crackles better, and a more clear delineation of the lobular sounds. Totally worth the money. Be honest, even as an RN, you make enough to afford this professional tool for your practice. MD? NP? PA? There's no excuse to not own one.

I was really wanting this to work well but I felt that there was a lot of artifact when I used this device. The sound quality was worse than before I attached the device. Disappointed.
