I love this device! I don’t even use my original earpiece anymore. I only use the bluetooth feature that connects this to my beatspro earbuds. It makes it lighter to carry and I get the amplified sound even better on my earbuds. The only downside is that the app keeps giving me a verify my email notice. Its getting a bit inconvenient to keep verifying my email every time I start using the app after a day or so. Other than that, its a game changer for me. It makes me want to listen to my patients’ lung sounds even more.

The attachment has been very helpful so far! Still trying to adjust the sound so that it’s not to loud and not picking up every single little movement. Overall has been very helpful for someone like me that works in a very noisy environment.

The core digital attachment is exactly what any physician assistant is looking for. The amplification of heart and lung sounds is amazing! I have found that sometimes I do not have to use my core digital attachment, and is one of the benefits of the core attachment; you don't have to use it all the time. I find myself using it only when I need it. I have used it in situations where there is a lot of background noise and I'm having difficulties hearing the sounds I need to, and while I'm in the office, I can switch it off and use my stethoscope as it was originally designed. Also, a great teaching point as you can record a heart sound and save it to hear how specific murmurs present. Easily, one of the best purchases I've made.

I an a Labor & Delivery Nurse & also hard of hearing. I wear a hearing aid in one ear. I cannot even use an infant stethoscope due to the small surface area that it covers. It is very difficult for me to hear. I added this attachment to my adult Littman Stethoscope & WOW what a difference it has made! I do wish there was a way that it could be more compact & not so heavy but I am grateful for the difference it has made in hearing those tiny little heartbeats.

I don’t love it, it’s okay. The attachment keeps falling off (becomes unscrewed) about to just take it off and go back to regular analog stethoscope.

In short, this thing is great. I've been having issues for the past few years with my hearing when using a scope, probably too many years of sirens in the ambulance, and the diesel engine running for hours while staging. I had been looking at this device for a long time now but the cost was always out of my price range. That was until I learned you could use FSA/HSA money and the $50 sale was going on. It did take some time to get used to it and dial in the right amplification but that only took a day or two. Right now I am working as both a Cardiac Stress Technician and a Paramedic. This helps me greatly hearing lung sounds in the back of the truck and when taking a BP while a treadmill is running right next to me (Seriously the ANC really helps with this). Honestly will probably pick up another for my pediatric stethoscope if they ever go on sale again if I have extra HSA money to spend.
