“Tired of being unable to hear breath sounds in a moving rescue with sirens, heaters and exhaust fans all running at the same time, I needed something that could overcome this dilemma. I purchased a competitor’s electronic stethoscope and hated it so much, I sold it within a month of purchase. I then bought the CORE for use with my ADC cardiology scope. I am pleased to say it works beyond my expectations!!! I can hear lung sounds again in spite of all the noise in the Rescue. The app is a great bonus for fine tuning the sound quality.”

“I am a retired paramedic and research support specialist who worked at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University working on equine research projects. I have a horse that has showed signs of asthma in the past. I found that using my stethoscope alone was satisfactory, but since I am getting a little deaf the use of sound amplification seemed like the next thing to try. The digital attachment has helped a lot while listening to the chest and also heart. Unlike the human chest, listening thru horse hair takes a little more patients to keep movement sounds to a minimum so I can hear air movement and any asthmatic related sounds. I have found the attachment to be very useful.”

“J'aime vraiment cet appareil. Super rapide à se connecter a mon téléphone Sansung galaxy S20 et connexion instantanée sur mes prothèses auditives Widex. J'ai essayer un appareil de la concurence et la connection se faisait difficilement avec mes prothèses auditives et le son ambiant était épouvantable. J'adore le ''noise cancelling' du Eko Core! J'entend à nouveau les subtilités de certains son pulmonaires ou des souffles cardiaques légers.”

“I have always had a hard time hearing through the scope. I thought it was my technique. After receiving the attachment and installing it on the scope, I was amazed at the heart sounds I was hearing. Of course, i had to share with my colleges and they were also amazed. Some even admitting they have trouble hearing. It sounds like the department will be getting a scope for the ambulance so all can hear the heart and lung sounds we need to.”

“I detached my 3M cardiology and attached this small beast to my stethoscope. The sound is MUCH LOUDER! However, the ‘background noise’ is still prominent. Maybe this core has no active noise cancellation effect. I hope the original one can be sent to Canada soon. So I can compare both.”

“Love how easy it is to use. The only issue I have is I cannot screw the eko back into the tubing. A coworker who also bought this product has the same issue”
