“I detached my 3M cardiology and attached this small beast to my stethoscope. The sound is MUCH LOUDER! However, the ‘background noise’ is still prominent. Maybe this core has no active noise cancellation effect. I hope the original one can be sent to Canada soon. So I can compare both.”

“Love how easy it is to use. The only issue I have is I cannot screw the eko back into the tubing. A coworker who also bought this product has the same issue”

“Once I tried it, there was no way back for me. Definitely makes it easier to listen those murmurs I am not sure I listened to, or those I totally fail to diagnose because there is too much noise around. Totally worth the investment. A down side to it, is the weight. Even though I bought the newer/lighter version, I constantly find my stethoscope falling down. With that said, is better to have it than don't.”

“I have a hard time hearing. With this I can hear everything. I wish I had this in nursing school. My skills check offs definitely would have been way easier and less stressful. I have recommended it to everyone I know!”
