“I’m a RN and the ability to auscultate heart and lung sounds are a must. The Core has excellent audio, I’m able to pick up on all heart, lung and bowel sounds in any environment. I only gave it a 4 star rating due to the fact that it requires frequent tightening to my cardiac stethoscope. It tends to unscrew itself which is inconvenient in a fast paced environment.”

“Does the job of amplifying the sounds. Easy installation. I love that I can just add it on to my favorite stethoscope. The instructions were a little all over the place and it would have been helpful if they let us know to fully charge it before trying the “Unboxing” instructions”

“I can hear so much better when you work in an ambulance things get load a Traditional stethoscope doesn’t always work well but with this I can hear extremely clear even in the most noisy environments of being in the back of the ambulance”
