“I have appreciated having the Echo Core. It is probably one of the best stethoscope auscultation amplification systems I have found. And I plan to continue experimenting with it to find other ways of using it most effectively in patient care”

“Wish I could make it louder but this is a combo of the phone and attachment. It really is a blessing though. I use this when rounding on the COVID unit. I can put in ear buds when I suit up and leave them in without touching anything near my head/face. I place a cover over the stethescope with its Bluetooth attachment and examine the patients. It prevents me also from bending down in the face during examination. Seems to work a lot easier and more practical these days.”

“As an Army Veteran with tinnitus and mild hearing loss studying to become an EMT this helps me to hear when taking manual blood pressure as well as to hear heart and lung sounds better. I highly recommend this product especially to those who have issues hearing. I simply attach it to my Littmann Classic 3 stethoscope and it works great with zero issues.”

“great customer service. quick shipping from eko direct. easy to install on my littmann cardiology iii (same since med school). would be nice to have a linger piece of tubing for adapter as the barbed insert from either the core attachment or from the steth head has to stick out of the included length of tubing. app is easy to use. charging is easy as all my chargers are the micro usb (old android user).”

“This was not meant to be a bluetooth only stethoscope but is workable in this way. Currently seeing inpatient COVID patients and need a device to not tough face/ears with stethoscope. Can use a bluetooth phone earpiece but there are significant software limitations. The app required screen remain on to keep it streaming and this runs through battery faster. Having to re-pair stethoscope can be difficult and fails repeatedly at times. Volume is limited by bluetooth making hear sounds not easily audible. Overall, this would work better with changes to software.”

“I'm a nursing student and was struggling to hear anything, from blood pressure to lung sounds. This is incredible! I can hear everything! Not only can I hear it but I have a visual with the app on my phone.”
