“Working for a rural EMS, the roads are gravel, bumpy and loud - the noise canceling attribute of the EKO is fantastic. Breath sounds are clear; BP easy to obtain. Well used already”

“I am blown away by how well this works. I've auscultated lung sounds in the back of a moving, vibrating ambulance, and had no problems hearing what I needed to hear. Being able to adjust the audio filter to go between a "general" mode, and then isolate cardiac and/or lung sounds, is absolutely incredible. I bring this to my EMT class every day, as well. Everyone who tries it ends up with a jaw on the floor, and "WOW!" The only thing I'd change is to make it easier to adjust the audio filter on the fly when I'm with a patient, maybe with buttons on the unit itself. I'd rather not have to take a BP, then pull out my phone to adjust for lung sounds. I'd rather be able to just push a button on the stethoscope itself.”

“I gave this to my nurse as a business warming present. She told me she’d detected a heart murmur in a pediatric patient she’d have missed with an ordinary stethoscope.”
