“The main purpose of purchasing this stethoscope was to use the wireless feature to AirPods. Sound is noticeably delayed, quiet, not very clear. I tried to improve it with full volume, toggling various filters, etc. The standard non-blue tooth use of this stethoscope however is acceptable. Very clear, loud enough. However my previous electronic stethoscope-littmann, was louder with slightly better clarity of sound.”

“I started EMS in 1997, and my ears are not what they use to be. As a paramedic, i'm not in a quite place very often. The EKO CORE has been great in the last three weeks i've used it. The noise canceling works well on the squad, on the side of the highway, and with family members yelling in the background. The only thing I don't like is that to shift from cardiac to pulmonary requires me to take out my cell phone and open the app then make the adjustment. And that it defaults back to wide rather than staying at the last setting. I would prefer if the change in setting was able to do on the CORE itself. I fear i'll leave my phone at the scene instead of putting it back in the pocket. (and to cut down on patients asking to borrow my phone to call family.) I look forward to continuing using this. I feel much more confident on what i'm hearing in noisy areas. Getting older means hearing changes along with eyesight. This gives me confidence I can stay on the squad for another five to ten years...if my back holds out.”

“It's a great product works well with cell phone. I wish it was a bit cheaper 200$ + can weight heavy on the pocket.”
