I am pleased with the sound quality of the Duo when compared to the Littmann digital and Thnklabs One. It is much more clear than the Littmann, equal to the One, but not as loud as the One. I am an ICU nurse and the noise cancelation has already shown to be beneficial and better than the Littmann's. Noise cancellation is not an option with the One. I wear hearing aides and the 3.5mm port connects my hearing aide bluetooth adapter which transmits the sounds directly, this is a benefit shared with the One, but not available on the Littmann. My One lasted ~3.5 years before making all my patients sound as though they have rales. It may be smaller than the Duo, but the cost and customer service with the Eko are better. A small carrying case would be a nice addition as I keep it in glasses case in my pocket when not in use. The single lead EKG may be beneficial for an office setting, but not useful for me and still needs work to reduce the interference with movement, placement and hair. All in all a good purchase for the price, providing it lasts longer than 3 years. An extended 5 year warrantee would be a great option.

definitely great auscultation, blocks out background noise and can hear very well. The ECG is so so - it worked better using alcohol and laying pet down on side. cats are hard to read, small amplitude. good to get simple rhythm. I use it to listen better and as a preliminary scan. I still use full ECG equipment for any cardiac cases.

I work part time in urgent care and use the DUO when I want a quick look at an irregular, brady or tachy rhythm. It's still new to me so trying to decide how useful it is in my practice still. Comes in handy when a patient doesnt want to pay for an ekg and I still want a look.

I've been using the DUO ECG. Excellent at auscultation of heart sounds. Great battery life. Patients complain that it's a little cold on the skin. I just warn them in advance. Customer support is great. My first device wasn't transmitting sound well after 3 months of use. I got aa replacement in a week. EKG tracing is very good. Based on improved sound in the DUO ECG +Digital stethoscope I would never go back to using my Littman Master Cardiology

I am a nurse practitioner who works at three different hospitals. I work in a busy emergency room setting and the stethoscope has saved lives. Buy it! Its’s worth it.

My husband loved the feature to be able to hear heart sounds, but was bit disappointed as respiratory sound as not as audible which made him switch back to his regular Littman. I wish the respiratory sound were just as clear.
