I recently bought the Eko Duo ECG plus Digital stethoscope and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to use and clean between patients and I love that it picks AFIB and murmurs but mostly AFIB in patients. I highly recommend it.

I love the sound quality when attached to the EKO earpiece, but unfortunately, the sound quality is very poor with my Bluetooth connection to my Oticon hearing aids.

The only reason why this device does NOT receive 5 stars is because I was getting sudden, noisy, crackling sounds that were extremely loud last night. Otherwise this stethoscope is the best I’ve ever used. We will soon find out how it performs in Ukraine!

Awesome device particularly in Pediatrics when usual stethoscope instantly leads to screeching making evaluation difficult. My kids are quite fascinated by this and allow a full exam without a single tear. They also like hearing their own heartbeat and the older ones will stay “absolutely “ quiet to hear it LOL. For this alone I am happy with my purchase. I wish it could better produce EKG without having skin to skin contact though…that part doesn’t go over as well in the almost Post COVID era

I really love the concept, and the app is well designed and easy to use. I am just having a really hard time getting a good signal on skinny patients!

I am a veterinarian and use this scope exclusively on dogs and cats. My only comparision is to the Littman Cardiologist scopes I have used over the past 20 years. The sound amplification is the best feature for my use and makes thoracic auscultation easy in our busy and sometimes loud environment. I has a very difficult time with ECG readings, especially on cats. It would be nice to have the software validated for animals. I don't care about FDA approval, but validation studies on dogs and cats would be great.

Love this especially when I review a questionable EKG that needs clinical assessment. It helps tremendously clinical.
