“This stethoscope is great for heart sounds or a quick ecg. But can’t use it at all for lung sounds. Was extremely disappointed on that end. Otherwise it would have been the perfect stethoscope. This stethoscope would be perfect for hospital or cardiology care. But for emergency medicine lung sounds from the front or back are critical.”

“I have both the first and second generation Duo. I don't see a substantial difference between the two other than a slightly different color of the unit. Audio quality is excellent. Single lead EKG has a lot of noise compared to using the Alivecor / Kardia unit. Bluetooth connection to my phone has been reliable. I use the stethoscope wired and not in a wireless manner...so, I am unable to comment about bluetooth audio quality.”

“Cardiologist in an office practice. The acoustics are very good. It’s a bit bulky but but once you get used to working with it no problem. The ekg component is very good… but can be a bit fussy finding the signal, esp in men with chest hair. However, I recommend this device to practitioners.”
