“I love the EKO. As I listen, I actually can watch the rhythm strip go with a pulse. It is a little sensitive to placement at times. I enjoy it, this is cool technology. I can hear the different levels of the percussion of the heart. A great tool to have in your bag. Quickly gives me a snap shot of the heart.”

“I started using the EKO littmann due to hearing loss issues and discovered the benefit of being able to record sounds and screen for murmurs. I work in rural primary care at an FQHC and serve a population with resource disparities, so effective screenings are necessary to capture those who have cardiac deficits. I decided to purchase the Eko Duo to make screenings in primary care more effective and so far have found it to be a worthwhile investment and an easy way to quickly check a rhythm and EPG waveform. It is easy to use once you figure out the positioning and I have referred a few people to cardiology or testing based on findings. The murmur detection software is accurate and being able to print and send the captured waveforms has made referrals quicker, which is necessary when you work in a healthcare system that has specialty resource disparities. Overall, I am happy with both Eko devices and plan to continue using both in practice daily.”

“My review is strictly regarding the customer service department. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get the Eko Duo to work with my Signia hearing aids. However, from the website chat assistance to the return and refund process was very expedient and convenient.”

“I bought one for my partner. It’s a great tool that saves time and effort when cardiac rhythm is in question. No need to have our MAs do ecg on patients if rhythm is NSR on eko. Patient satisfaction is high because they get instant answer with their rhythm. No need to go through the hassle of an ecg unless truly needed. We love it.”

“An extremely useful little tool in veterinary medicine for continual heart rate monitoring in anesthetized patients. I use it every day on my feline patients. The detachable bell unit is very lightweight and extremely sensitive. It will pick up heart rate almost anywhere along the thoracic wall. It's amazing. Nothing rivals this device for easy, noninvasive, affordable heart rate monitoring in small animal patients. It is durable (it has fallen on the ceramic tile floor numerous times) and lasts all day on one charge. It connects to my tablet and phone quickly and effortlessly. I could not be happier. I bought a second one right away.”

“I have bilateral hearing aids. I have been in EMS and in the healthcare field (ER) for several years. Using a regular stethoscope just is not possible for me. I have tried using an amplified stethoscope by another brand that comes with these bulky headphones, it works but is just not ideal for my work. I decided to give EKO a shot, I got the DUO because I loved the EKG feature. This connected Bluetooth to my phone and hearing aids perfectly. I love how it can be wireless. I can slip it in my pocket as I go from one place to another to see patients. It is so crystal clear! I have not had any issues thus far. My only complaint would be they did not sell the piece without the headset, but I can keep it in my case in case another provider needs it. If you have hearing aids like me, look no further! It is the perfect investment for your career.”
