“I love the Cityrider, it's so much fun to ride! I use it all the time to get around the city, go to the train station or doctor's appointments, make quick trips that would take me a while to walk or I couldn't find parking there.

“I love my scooter. It's been great so far but the wheels seem not so stable when it comes to trail track. Moreover, I don't think the advertisement is true with the battery. I would reconsider and did more research when I want to buy a 2nd one.”
“The Cityrider scooter works great. It's super fun to ride and great to use to get around short distances. My one concern was the box and packaging it came in. There was foam holding the bottom in but the top was left exposed apart from a thin plastic bag that encased the whole scooter. There was a plastic film over the info screen but nothing covering the headlight. Mine was a bit scratched in shipping due to nothing properly covering it. The latching mechanism in the lower part of the front was also a bit scratched due to the shipping. In the future it would be great to have extra foam or other material to protect the top of the scooter in shipping.”
“I love the e-scooter! It gets me to and from work in about 20 minutes. When I take public transportation, it takes 40-60 minutes to get to work. Plus I always have a scenic drive. Lol”

“Love this Scooter! It's pretty fast and has good power and braking. It's lightweight and comfortable. I download the app and has some nice features such as locking the scooter. I do wish the paint wasn't a matte finish as nicks and scratches show up fairly easily. Overall a great starter scooter.”
