Honestly speaking or reviewing... Fluridfreeride is a great company. I purchased their CITYRIDER since it was the only one in my budget range. Shipment and delivery was very on time. I couldn't wait to get home from work and try out my new scooter the day I received it. Operations are very simple, the lights and turn lights are a great asset to a urban scooter rider. However, my scooter wouldn't charge. I contacted the team and they quickly brought me over to tech support and I received the assistance I needed. They gladly agreed that my ac adapter might be defective and sent me another one right away. Upon receiving the new charger, my scooter still didn't charge. So I got back to customer support and they gladly agreed to send me another. They provided me a fully paid return/exchange label for pick-up/drop off. And as soon as I sent them the drop off receipt they went ahead to begin the shipment process of my replacement scooter. I'm saddened to not have been able to enjoy my scooter that long but the 5 hours I had with it really was an experience. I'll write an update review after receiving the replacement scooter.

We got the scooter for my teenager. It has become fun for all of our family. We went over the directions and all of us practiced braking and becoming familiar with the gadgets. This scooter can go! It's holding its charge, it really maneuvers well, you can have it so the speed goes faster or caps out at 15 mph I think. The brakes are sensitive- definitely practice using them, especially going down hills. You've got blinkers to signal left and right and the scooter folds down for convenience. It is a little heavy, so definitely engage the core before picking it up- I would also like to comment on the more than STELLAR customer service I have received from Fluid Free Ride. The first scooter we ordered wasn't charging properly and Fluid Free Ride shipped us a new scooter, and just really took charge of the situation and I really appreciated that. It wasn't a painful back and forth experience, that some companies make you go through. I highly recommend this company. Great product - (the new scooter has been incredible) - and as I previously mentioned, really attentive customer service. Thank you for your help Adam!!

Great scooter, plenty of speed for me. Being that I'm 220lbs this thing still gets around pretty good.

My speedometer was in mph but this past Thursday I turned it on and left for work and it is in kph. Plus the box was tore up and a couple places on the left side of the handlebar grip is scuffed and is gone. I have pictures! Head light is scuffed up also

I work in a city area with limited parking, as such I have to park about a mile away from where I work which equates to about 10 miles a week. It's relatively flat paved terrain and the scooter can last the entire week without needing a charge. I was using a Xiaomi M365 which could go no more that 3 days with battery drain severely affecting performance, I can get the full 10 miles a week on the City Rider. The M365 had pneumatic tires that would lose air and slow the scooter considerably, a real pain to have to re-inflate every 1-2 weeks. So I bought solid tires and the ride was extremely rough, not with the City Rider, even with solid ties the ride very smooth and I don't have to worry about flats or leaks affecting my performance. I also really like the built in digital speedometer compared to not having it on the M365, it's a nice little perk.

After purchasing the Horizon the girlfriend wanted her own scooter. Since she smaller than me we went for the Cityrider. She absolutely loves her scooter !! The speed is enough, the battery is great it handles well on our tough Toronto streets. The issue is the folding latch. When it is locked in a riding position the stem is very wobbly. The latch is securely locked but it a bit nerve racking to ride with that much wobble. WE DID READ ALL THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED buy Fluid on their web site with regards to tightening and loosening the latch. I tightened it as much as I can and it is still loose. Contacted customer service and they've been great and sent us a new latch. I'm currently getting the latch fixed (which is going to be another another out of pocket expense) I'm giving this 3 Stars because I'm not sure how this story will end. Will the scooter be ok or will I need to return it?

Purchased two Cityriders and they are exactly as advertised. Also very happy with Fluid's costumer service. Will probably upgrade in a few years and stick with the Fluid brand.
