“Bought my fluid Horizon scooter in May of 2022. Writing this 10/5/22. Ride it almost daily to and from convenience store, bar, etc. Tons of fun, big fan. My front tire went flat and the air intake valve is blocked by the rims on the tire. The Inokim air pump on this website does not fit. Fluid won't replace the tire but will let me buy a new one with the air intake to the side. Not the best resolution in my opinion. Stop putting the poorly made tires with blocked air intake valves on your scooters or sell a pump that can fit. Me having to buy a new tire b/c of their design mistakes within less than 6 months of my original purchase does not sit well at all. Again, great scooter to ride but the front wheels are poorly designed and also not happy with this service resolution at all.”

“I am happy with the scooter in general,
Except that it doesn't last 20 miles per full charge like it promised. My commute to work is about 1.5 miles according to the trip meter -and fully charged scooter only last me 3-4 days which is about 9 to 12 miles in range not even close to 20 miles. Speed is good, handles are not sturdy and keep getting loose.
When folded, and trying to pick it up, the handle bar spins around so it is very uncomfortable with no grip to pick it up.”
“I'll adjust this review if something happens, but I'm happy with it at the moment. Once you become accustomed to it, it's able to be folded quickly into a much more compact form, easier to put away and manoeuver to work than a bike. I've only ever used a kick scooter, so it feels quite novel to travel so quickly without having to actually pedal or kick. The only complaints I have would be the handles that jiggle, a result of their folding mechanism, but sometimes slightly nerve-wracking. Also that you need to practice before heading anywhere, as the trigger is pretty sensitive, sending me faster than I meant, and folding is quite difficult unless you adjust it manually. I didn't do this and just adapted, because I am not mechanically gifted, and didn't want to break anything. I chose this scooter because it seemed good in size, weight, battery and speed, while not out of budget to become unworthy of investing in. Also, there's quite a few positive reviews, and the customer support looked to be helpful and available.”
“recently bought the Fluid Horizon scooter at the recommendation of Peter. great choice and so glad of the purchase. excellent service! the only minor thing about the scooter is that when its folded, the steering column does not keep still with he platform, making it difficult to transport - otherwise, love the scooter and considering buying another one. thanks”
