“Fluid free ride is a great company to deal with. My third scooter from them so I am no stranger to scooters. The widewheel is a fun scooter for me. Motors are smooth and quiet. Acceleration is a blast for a commuter scooter upgraded the throttle much better angle. Throttle does have a dead spot in the beginning with either throttle. Brakes are very good. Handling is very wierd. It does not handle turns well especially over bumps of nyc but it does make it thrilling. Scooter looks awesome. I would have preferred pnumatic tires and I think this scooter would be even better. The best part of this scooter is the acceleration and looks. It really is a blast. Just be careful. I'm more scared to ride this scooter than my dueltron thunder or wolf warrior. This scooter is very solid and very solid stem decent folding mechanism which I like alot”
“I am actually really happy with the Wide Wheel Pro. Hills are no match for this. Only issue is me being stupid and dropping it, breaking the front brake caliper, front stem assembly, and bending the front brake rotor. Getting parts with this global shortage is a pain. But other than that, I really like the reliability of the solid tires and power up hills. Great scooter!”
“I ride this scooter in San Francisco and I chose this one primarily because it has enough power to climb the steep hills here and a suspension to help deal with the bumpy streets.
And it does have enough power to climb any hill I've come across! The airless wide wheels have been great too - no more inner tire replacements.
However, I cannot recommend this scooter. The suspension has very little travel and I feel like I am bottoming it out often.
The biggest problem I have is with the terrible brakes. They are very cheaply made and fall apart very quickly. I've had issues where the brake pad gets shaken loose (they're held in place by magnets in a detent) and I lost my front brakes on a hill. I have consistent issues with the brake pad adjustment screw coming loose as well, which means that I lose braking power throughout my ride and often realize that the entire brake has gone out. I carry a hex wrench and tighten that screw multiple times a ride because it is a loose and short fit screw and no amount of loctite seems to help.
It is possible to replace the rear brake caliper (check youtube). This is a critical upgrade because you cannot trust the standard brakes that come with the scooter - they have each failed me during a ride. The upgrade is only for the rear brake unfortunately, so you don't have reliable braking in the front, but at least you have something to count on when you need to stop.
My LCD display stopped lighting up after about six months which is frustrating but pretty minor compared to the brake situation.
I really regret buying this scooter - save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.”

“Ordered my wide wheel pro through fluid! They are great super fast shipping and easy tracking. It's a great scooter something's I wish where a little made better like the handlebars they just don't feel as sturdy as I would like them to be but that's more than likely do to being able to fold them.”
