I absolutely love this electric scooter! This is my first electric scooter after months of reading about this one and that one! I am very happy that this is the one I got! I love the WIDE wheels and have already thanked my lucky stars that the tires were wider than other designs. I feel much more stable on it with these tires. I also love leaning more to turn with these wide tires and carve back and forth like I do on my skate board or on a snow board. The sensation is similar but just with a lot more power! This scooter is powerful! With a full charge it goes 25mph down the road in traffic! Most of the time I keep it in eco mode because it is far powerful enough just in that mode alone. If I had a complaint of any sort it would be the sporadic feel and operation of the power accelerator. It could be better and more accurate. I am wondering already if there is an upgrade for this part? Overall I love and I am riding it everyday after work. When people see it they know they are seeing a bad ass scooter! The Bat Cycle of scooters!

For the first three months, this thing was a joy ride to me, it worked wonderfully operated smoothly, and I didn't experience any issues, That is until I kept riding. After four months, the brake pads starting to wear off completely, and at the time, I couldn't afford new brake pads, I'm a college student. I put my safety at risk because this was the only form of transportation I could take. The scooter itself is fine, but the ride experience is really troubling at times. Most cities are horrendous with roads, and as I was told by customer service here "They're meant for nicely paved Roads and Walkways". Not what I'm expecting from a Scooter Company that sells their scooters well over the $1,000 mark. My ride experience became more troubling overtime due to getting extremely soaked in the back due to there being no back fender. Of course they sell back fenders on the site, but for $1,350 why isn't this already on it. About near the end, 12 months in, (Perfect timing for my Warranty to end, the Interior (Cheap) plastic frame that is holding my (flimsy) THIN back rubber tire in place chipped of in one place. And I feel 16 small thumps every 3 seconds on Eco Mode now. I've tried contacting customer service through various ways and waited 4 days until I went ahead and called their Shopping Extension to get ahold of at-least one human. The man was very kind over the phone, but he did state "They're meant for nicely paved Roads and Walkways" which news alert: Most of the countries's infrastructure is in complete shambles. After numerous emails, even if I had the warranty, still, it still wouldn't cover for my back wheel that was poorly made. I won't be buying another scooter again, and I'd advise you guys to stay away from by these products. I can't believe the costs on some of these cheap products.

Great scooter with lots of power. Cons : handles needs to be improved for they flair out while collapsed. Also the system for collapsing the neck is annoying.

Scooter was delivered with out a signature and sat in the rain for a while. The box was destroyed but thankfully everything seemed in working order. After riding it daily for almost 2 weeks I'm convinced it's more for recreational use and not long distances/ commuting. I live in the city and ride less than 3 miles a day. Suspension is too stiff for cracks or small potholes in the road. Breaks needed adjusting after a few days of riding. If the roads aren't immaculate and you don't have a full charge this scooter quickly loses its steam.

I purchased 2 Widewheel Pro's within the past 3 months. We are not using the scooters on a daily basis. The e-scooter is powerful and able to climb the hills in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I am not so happy with the quality. Both scooters are showing signs of usage on the front and rear disk brakes (adjustment required) after three relatively short trips and one of the power supplies already failed after charging the scooter for the third time. A different throttle which doesn't act like an on/off switch would be nice too.
