It's great. Lots of pros and some cons, but I would recommend to anyone.

After buying one of the "other guys" scooters off Amazon and getting completely screwed over, I learned a life lesson. Spend the money for the right one! This thing is the best and is super fast! I absolutely love it!

Fun to ride. Plenty of power up the hills. The LCD readout is worthless in the sun. But nobody's perfect.

I purchased the Wide Wheel PRO for my Division I football player son. It rode rough with very little suspension. The handle bar was not high enough for his 6'4" frame. Make sure you read the handle bar height for the scooter when looking to purchase for big and tall folks! We are exchanging this Wide Wheel Pro for a Phantom Apollo with 54" handle bar height. There is a $100 return fee but thankful that FluidFreeRide is customer focused on getting the right ride for the customer! Thank you!

It is going to take some time to learn how to adjust everything properly. This is not a fault of the scooter but my own. That is that it is rough riding to work and back. And there are steep hills here as I live in a valley on north he side of a hill. It climbs great and I glued home using little to no power. However the breakers are going to ware out fast.

Bought my daughter a brand new nice scooter to ride back and forth to drill team camp. Normally she would walk but it's way to hot and they work them way too hard. Anyways, it came in and the box was beat to hell and straps broken. I paid for shipping insurance. Took it out of the box and let Zoey try to ride it after checking the bolts, since I'd read reviews about loose bolts and accidents. Right off the bat it's making a noise in the rear. Zoey is maybe 160 lbs so no way she should cause the tire to hit the fender. I put in a ticket and they went out of town for work. Fluid still has not replaced the scooter and wants videos of the box and scooter to describe the issue. I feel like I described it pretty clear and it's supposed to be a new scooter so in my opinion I shouldn't have to work on it. When I got it the motors were all connected and everything that came with it accessory wise was already installed which also makes me think it was used. The side rear arm covers are also missing. So I have a busted scooter and fluid hasn't agreed to replace it yet. I'm going to have to buy another scooter from someone else until this company sorts out the issue. It's costing me almost 100 dollars a day in Lyft rides. I wouldn't buy from them at all. I doubt their commitment to doing the right thing and I seriously doubt that they are gonna do anything except stick me with a broken scooter. Pretty sad!
