“The box was a little beat up, but I would guess that Fluid free ride had nothing to do with that. The unit itself was fine, no issues that I can see. The wide wheels do make it a bit tougher to ride, but with some practice it will be fine. I'm an older guy, so I keep it in eco mode and around 20 mph. For me that's enough to get me to where I'm going. I haven't used it much, but the few times I did, it was enjoyable.”

“Would not recommend for city streets as there are a lot of bumps, cracks and pot holes and with these flat wheels you will feel everything. Still fun to ride, you will fly from point A to B. The battery life is also pretty impressive being that it's a dual motor. You can switch from economy to turbo mode in an instant. Going turbo is so much fun but I would recommend wearing a helmet! I would have gave this scooter a 5 star, the only downside is the throttle sensitivity. The throttle will be half way and you wont move until you push the throttle just a tiny but more down and you will be flying lol”
“When the scooter arrived it didn't work. After charging it, I turned it on and there was an error message. After some research I found out it was an issue with the throttle. The error messages aren't explained in the manual.
I never got to ride the scooter and it already was inoperable. Such a let down. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the scooter did look really cool and feel really solid.
It could have been 3 stars but the original customer service representative tried to force me into repairing the scooter myself when there's a local Fluid Free Ride shop less than 3 miles from my house. The scooter was a lemon out the box and I didn't want to touch it at all and risk them saying I did something to cause the damage.
After a few days and complaining to a different customer service person, they scheduled me a day for taking it to the shop and I am currently waiting for them to call and any it's fixed.”
