“The scooter is of great quality. Packaging was perfect to protect during delivery. Delivered earlier than estimated. The only issue I have is that I would like to purchase accessories, unfortunately I am not mechanically inclined. Looking at the shows a repair facility also and if they can repair why can't they attach the accessories. This give some doubt to their ability to service should it need any. The accessory I did purchase was an extra light and although it is rechargeable and the listing says it is compatible with the WWPro, the WWPro does not have a usb slot. Not using the right adapter to charge or a port on the computer to charge can cause issues if not the right voltage. As expensive as the other accessories are would still have paid extra to get it installed correctly but they say it is not possible. Otherwise would give higher rating.”
“Hey fluidride team just received my widewheel and it is amazing. Did have some issues with it upon receiving it though. When I opened the box I noticed the key was turned on plus the wheels were stiff due to the brake pads being so tight on the disk. Also my front wheel motor cable came undone. Other than that everything went great. The ride was a blast. Thank you!”
