“Stock throttle is not comfortable or convenient (I assume this is the reason for the discount code).
The upgraded throttle is way better and should be on the WW PRO out of the box given the price of the scooter.
Replacing is easy if you are handy and can follow instructions (YouTube).”
“Have run just 65 km and the battery malfunctions. Fully charged and the kick stands for 4-5 days and when I turn the key it just flickers and goes blank on the screen. No charge. Put the charger in and suddenly the battery is almost fully charged! Charges fully in just an hour so there is actually a lot of charge in the battery but it acts like it's empty.
Posted a question to Fluidride support 8 days ago and only response came
5 days afterwards, after I asked what is going on and the response was that a question has benn forwarded to support in the US. Meanwhile I can't use my kick.

“Without the new throttle, the slowest I could go was 7 mph. Now I can go 2 mph which is great when approaching a congested or tight area. Even better to taunt someone on a rental. Best part is I get a better grip on the handle bar because of the position. Had to give 4 instead of 5 because I didn't have fun installing it. Had an easier time removing the grip and brake than the recommended method.”
“I received this 2 weeks ago and finally received my scooter today. When attaching it to the handle bar there is something wrong with the way the manufacturer tapped the screw. Where the screw fastens the throttle through to the handle bar, the screw would not go through the throttle piece. When I called FluidFreeRide, no one answered as usual to address my issue. In the end I tried applying more pressure as I expected it might have been hung up on blue glue in the threads, and it stripped out the Allen screw. Now I don't know what to do about getting the throttle off the handle bar to replace it with a new non-defective throttle. I may just have to ride my new scooter around with a spinning throttle. What a shame. I'm highly disappointed.”
