“I was getting used to the original throttle's touchiness and appreciating how the short throw did not interfere with hand placement and grip. But the new throttle is fine on maintaining your hand position and definitely ramps up the motors from a stop much more smoothly. Funny thing about the travel length, these throttles are levers and the new throttle is a longer lever so the end travels thru a longer arc. But the base of the lever still has a shorter throw so once I get going the side of my thumb on the base of the throttle lever gives the same responsiveness with small movements that I liked in the original throttle. The excellent instructions provided by fluidfreeride made the swap out easy. I followed method A. A heat gun helps with the hot glue. Do this upgrade. There is no reason not to.”
