Only complain would be the display as many point out not legible under sunlight bla bla,
But I do hope they update the display at no cost for the V2 buyers , specially if you bought the Larger LG battery version like I did

“This is my first "real" scooter. I must say I'm impressed with the build quality and comfort of this unit. It's definitely not lacking. I have an issue with the headlight and Fluid freeride is addressing it. Now I just have to hope for a little better weather!”

“I'm beyond thankful for this scooter, & the Grace of Jesus certainly guided me to this e-scooter company for a mode of reliable transportation. Be sure to pump up the tires before using, & add some sealant too for additional sense of security. I was beyond impressed with the response of the team, Mary, Jose & Juan. Shortly after placing the order, the new water-resistant version of the v2 base was released. I was told that I received the new version, and have found that the previous version is able to be waterproofed within a matter of hours and the correct tools. It was an emergency to get to work and other places, 10+ miles because thieves stole my vehicle (remember your D-lock), and with the affirm plan, I could was able to make the purchase without a down payment. I was able to deliver a couple meals with Uber Eats with the scooter. It is less than $2 for a complete charge. That's a good deal! I believe more people will become interested in purchasing an e-scooter, and especially with the payment options available to many people. Let's show our gratitude to God by reducing pride, and aiming for more people to use this mode of transportation for many good things. This is my first e-scooter, and it does feel secure. The headlight is constantly on. It doesn't seem to noticeably impact the battery level. Please be careful while removing the rear wheel, so to keep the screws in shape without stripping the nuts. The screws came in tight to the sides, so hammering them out did damage the screws, but Jose sent some nuts to realign the screw. It feels better in a sense to be gas free, and using the quietly humming e-scooter for a main mode of transportation. Can you imagine all the refugees from Ukraine who had their vehicles bombed, recieving e-scooters from donations from people from surrounding countries? Bicycles are conveniently eco-friendly, but the e-scooter would be great for them too! Can we show our gratitude to God by establishing a fundraiser for these people? I am so happy with the product I received, and their polite customer service stamps the checkmark on the front ‚úÖ . Kindness is a virtue, and helps businesses thrive. Let's keep things positive and light, with a scooter as quite as a bee (or mantis)”
“Ordered a Mantis Base V2. Received it in fast time. Had a couple of questions and a technical problem. Sent first question via email Saturday and was answered within an hour. They put an order in for a missing bolt cap at that time. Rode it Sunday and had a question. I received a phone call Sunday to work on resolving the issue with the headlight remaining on constantly. John indicated it was a known issue with some and offered to send out a free light until the issue was resolved.
I am very pleased with the scooter and service. Will buy from Fluid Free Ride again for sure!”
“I bought the new mantis V2 part of me wishes that I had waited until the pro V2 comes out though (it'll be more powerful) everything was great I did have one issue out of the box though. The headlight is always on it is supposed to only turn on with the switch but the switch only controls the deck lights. According to fluid free ride there isn't part available yet because it's brand new but they will take care of it as soon as they have the parts available so I'm just trusting they will do the right thing. They have been excellent to deal with so far”
