“Ive really enjoyed the scooter so far and made numerous 10-15 mile round trips. Im 6'4" 265lb and it hauls me around easliy, it will lay rubber even when rolling, if you punch it. I have about 300 miles with no issues so far. I dropped it and broke one of the clamps that hold the hand grip on and Fluid sent me replacement grips free. Great customer service.”
“Does not perform as advertised. I weigh 170lbs, and it will go a maximum of 33mph on a level road. Also the battery life is very poor, it took me 8miles going full speed before it died on me. Also the battery indicator is not accurate at all, so there's no warnings as to when it'll die.”

“Out of the box the handle bar mount isn't lined up with the wheel. When the wheel is straight forward, the handlebars are angled about 7 degrees off perpendicular. Not an enormous problem, but annoying on a brand new $1400 scooter. Also the delivery requires a signature but the boxes were just left in the common package area for my apartment, ripe for the stealing if I didn't leave work to get them. A solidly mediocre experience.”

“I've had my scooter about a month now. I use it to travel back and forth a mile to work and a mile to the gym. I really like how smooth it is and the acceleration. The negatives would be that the battery does not last as long as I thought, and the back brake rubs when it sticks sometimes, but certainly not a deal breaker to me. The charger was bad and only last a half a charge but the company did not question it or waste time when I brought it to there attention. They shipped a new charger the very next day. Great customer service! I highly recommend.”
“I purchased this scooter to really only ride between the parking and my office building as I don't seem to ever catch the shuttle and hate waiting. So this scooter is easy to collapse, throw in the back seat of the truck and then pull out and off I go once parked.
I would say the only criticism I have or I guess possible improvement suggestions for this scooter would be the paint used is very easy to scuff and scratch. So either applying a thicker coat of paint or something more durable would prevent the majority of the tiny scratch and scruff marks to the paint.
The only other thing that I would say surprised me was that the rubber floorboard mat was not aligned straight and there were a few spots where the adhesive either flowed or dripped post production. Nothing major but just things that surprised me with a reputation and build quality that is usually associated with this brand.”
“I originally bought my Kaabo Mantis at the end of 2019 and planned to only really use it for a short commute from a parking lot to my office. Let me tell you that I ended up using it for a lot more than that! This thing is fast! Make sure you're wearing a helmet. Acceleration is quick and smooth, suspension makes bumps in the road/trail feel evened out and turning feels responsive and stable. I've had a couple friends try it out and they're blown away that an electric scooter can perform like this. All they knew were the BIRD scooters along the street. This is another beast entirely! Price/performance I really believe this scooter is the best bang for your buck. It is a lot of fun and now that I've spent more time at home I've been able to take it out for trips around the neighborhood and trails nearby and it's always a lot of fun and turns heads. Constantly get questions about it.
As for Fluid, the company is very responsive, and it's obvious they want to take care of their customers. Constantly kept me up to date on my order, and it actually arrived sooner than I expected! I'm glad I was home for the delivery. The box was bulky and heavy so make sure you have someone help to move it. In the future, if/when I want to upgrade or replace the scooter, I'll be back here to shop, no doubt.”
