Uncontrollably wobbly , the best suggestions they have so far is to pay $200 to mail it to get fixed , So they expect you to pay $1500+ for defective scooter and then $200 to mail it for them to fix it ( possibly the repair cost covered under warranty), promised phone calls with nothing received , Ive left voicemails, it's almost impossible to get a human to talk to.”

Please note that our warranty policy does cover the cost of spare parts and labor, but fair rates apply if the scooter has to be sent in to our service center, especially if there are already a lot of miles on the scooter.
