“I was super excited to ride the Mantis scooter prior to the delivery I read all the reviews I could find in the net. Unfortunately this is the most fragile scooter I ever experienced. From broken displays, broken motors and a dead short after my first ride in the rain. I have the scooter not even 1 month and 2 weeks out of it its in the repair shop since it takes days until the parts arrive. So definitely nothing I can recommend.”

“I had originally purchased a swagtron elite scooter from another vendor and it completely died within a month of daily commuting to and from work. Since I depend on a scooter for transportation to work everyday I decided not to go so cheap on my next purchase. I have put almost 600 miles on my base model Mantis and no issues yet. Brakes may need adjustment after some time and I would suggest tightening all hardware out of the box before first ride. This scooter is very fast and you should definitely purchase a good helmet before riding. Customer service team is great and very helpful.”
“I drove down to their Miami showroom and shop from NYC.and purchased 2 scooters and helmet (cause you're definitely going to need one). I brought a Mantis Base and a Horizon. The Horizon was for my 7 year old daughter. This scooter is NOT A TOY, we use it to commute to school & back everyday my daughter is an experienced rider who has had a lot of practice so it works well for her. 21 miles per hour is perfect for her weight. The stem's height can adjust up and down & it has good distance and range. The Kaabo Mantis base exceeded my expectations it's almost exactly the same as the pro. However I still wish I opted for the pro. It's a little faster and has a higher range. I also think the brakes are better. I was able to test drive every scooter that they had including a Wolf warrior. that might be my next scooter I loved it.

“What's up people , am just going to say it like it is . First of all I would like to thank the staff of fluidfreeride for helping me and guiding me with several issues I was having with my mantis . When I give a review about a service or product it's because it means something positive or it can mean something negative as well ,not here .
Patience and giving detailed descriptions of any type problem you may have with scooter, they will help.
But also keep in mind we are in a pandemic and things like parts and shipping are affected by this .
These guys at fluidfreeride take their skillset very seriously.
They definitely made me a believer and if you have any doubts about them they will make a believers as well .

“Response times from service team take weeks. Issue still not resolved. Really disappointed as I had the impression this was a customer-focused grass roots company.
I have had nothing but problems with the device and, honestly, would rather just give the scooter back at this point. But, that would require someone from the company to actually respond.”
“The scooter has been great so far on the roads and has nice battery life, suspension, and power. One day I took it on a dirt bike trail and after going up some large boulders the handlepost cracked all the way around in a ring. I am not impressed with the build quality.”
