“You should have spent as much time with the wiring and cables like you did with its overall performance. The rear brake cable was pinched after folding it the first time and as a result the brakes/throttle and front motor are still not working properly. Why is it so hard to get customer service from your company by the same or next day???? Very unprofessional.”

“The power, hill climbing, range and suspension are excellent on the Mantis Fluid V2. It is much better than the Hiboy Titan Pro I previously owned.
The scooter arrived with a defect, it would not charge. After a few hours of debug and help from the support team, I had to disassemble to scooter battery compartment to find the fuse on the charging line. Once disassembled, the fuse feel out of from the wiring bundle. It had not been put in the fuse holder during assembly. Very frustrating that I had to fix this. The only compensation offered were some inexpensive accessories that i did not need. I asked to the 60V fast charger for my multiple hours or effort to fix the defective scooter but support would only offer $75 coupon. I ended up buying the fast charger and it works fine. The support team was helpful and responsive. The compensation for the defective scooter which took hours of my time to fix was inadequate after spending almost $2000 on the scooter with extended warranty.”
“Scooter was delivered quickly. I think it was only 3 days. Easy setup out of the box. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars was because the handle bar is slightly off center (left of center). There were no instructions to adjust the handle bar. The Mantis is extremely fun and a very smooth mode of light transportation. I seldom use turbo mode unless I want to climb a hill at a higher speed. This scooter is very quick in turbo mode using both motor wheels. I like having the available speed, but I enjoy a calm ride at about 18-20 mph. At around 65lbs of weight the scooter is easier to lift into my truck or camper. I may just buy another one to share.”
“This scooter is pretty amazing. It ripps too! Make no mistake about it, far from a toy. Treat with respect because you get up to speeds quicker than you think. Shocks are solid and breaks are good. Ton of fun to ride! Only wish is for the throttle to be more ergonomic where someone's thumb could engage it. Small complaint and it's probably my 42 year old wrist. Again, total blast as there is no lack of power. Big fan of full face DOT motocross style helmet. Way cheaper than I thought for so much protection of my melon.
