“I have had my scooter for over a month now and have been unable to use it due to multiple issues. For such a large purchase this has been a gigantic headache. It came with multiple scratches on the neck, 2 bent rotors, a bad rear caliper which are out of stock and i have yet to get a replacement. I have had this scooter over a month and have yet to use it. I would not purchase this scooter or buy from this company again as they have poor warranty service and out of stock replacement parts for new equipment.”
“Mantis works well and has great battery life. It goes 37mph when fully charged and about 20 miles. Very smooth and comfortable ride. Fluid free ride is very helpful and responds well to issues. I'm thinking about buying the niami burn e, and would definitely do it through Fluid free.”

I have the Mantis Pros which is way more fun than I thought it could be. The acceleration, speed and ride are great! If you love a little thrill or want some some power under your feet this is the scooter for you. The other model I have is the City rider. A basic electric scooter that serves the purpose of getting from here to there. This is one for the kids. I've ordered electric scooters and electric bikes from other companies and three months later I'm still waiting for my order to be completed. I recommend ordering from Fluid just for the great customer service. Piece of mind goes a long way.”
