“After two weeks, I never received the two hats that I ordered from GiGi ♀️ Between purchasing and shipping my packages were lost plus no one has bothered to return my emails about a replacement order or being reimbursed. Hey Leigh! Thanks so much for your feedback! I would love to provide some more insight on this, you actually aren't required to purchase it - you can toggle it on/off in your cart or at checkout! It does provide package protection if anything happens to your hat while it's in transit + if you decide to return we provide a free return label! Otherwise you pay $8 for the return shipping.
