“The box was damaged along with the hat and chain. Obviously I needed to return it, which cost $6 even though I had purchased the package protection and "free and easy return or exchange." IT IS NOT A FREE AND EASY RETURN, even if the reason for the return is that the box was too weak to protect the hat and it was damaged.”
