I have not received my order yet. I was told there was a delay because of the hurricane so I can understand. I do like the products so far but anxiously awaiting my granddaughter cap.

Gigi Pip creates very nice hats, but GiGi Pip has a lot of work to do when it comes to its shipping department.

The box was damaged along with the hat and chain. Obviously I needed to return it, which cost $6 even though I had purchased the package protection and "free and easy return or exchange." IT IS NOT A FREE AND EASY RETURN, even if the reason for the return is that the box was too weak to protect the hat and it was damaged.
