I took my time before buying Elements as I was pretty familiar already with GMB and the content as a progressive modern yoga and movement instructor. I have been through the program several times now and I keep getting better results. I think also that the program has gotten better. It never gets easy but it's always a blast. Well-rounded balance of mobility, co-ordination and strength training.

I wanted to get stronger, but I hate the gym and weights. So when I saw Elements, for which you only need a bit of floor space (I have about 3x1.5 m free space), I went for it. The first training busted up my wrists after the initial prep session, ouch! I had RSI prone wrists that were badgered by my desk job. So I e-mailed the gmb crew and they responded fast with a wrist routine and the advice to go slow. I did the wrist routine for a week or 2 (still doing it on work days) and felt my wrists getting stronger and more flexible. After that I could start Elements with confidence. Did the full program, started a second run and got floor loco. I love the exercises and the way the sessions are programmed. I still have much to learn (monkey stall, spiderman, those things are heavy!) and will be mediocre for life, but at least I'm having fun with it and I always feel better after a session.

Excellent program! Very well organized and structured with options for 15, 30, or 45-minute workouts. Warm-ups and cool-downs are included with each session. Highly recommend it!

Elements is everything I could want in a body weight training program. Starting the program, I was plagued with aches and pain all over my body. After a couple of weeks, my pain was significantly reduced and my general disposition started to improve. After completing Elements, I could move better than I ever could in active memory. My favorite part is that I can play on the floor with my kids and can get up without having to roll over to stand up and now they are trying to keep up with me!

Something that blends strength and flexibility (mobility?) that is currently on track to help me get in the best functioning shape of my life for my early 50s.

Approaching 50 and being the parent of 4 year old, I was looking for a program that was easy to follow, that could be done at home, and that was fun. All this can be found in elements. It was important that at some point in my attempts to regain fitness, I look forward to the work and miss it when I couldn't do it. Finding Elements was the answer. Followings the directions as laid out in the videos and following GMB's advice to focus on form over reps to make it pretty led to consistent and steady results. Even when the workout didn't seem hard on a given day there were results. It can be hard to go slow and focus on form over reps, but the program does a great job of supporting form over reps and encouraging this thought process. After Elements, I completed Integral Strength, and am now going through Elements a second time. This time, slower and even more focused on form. It's cool to see the growth since my first Elements session 7 months ago.

I'm moving better and making improvements faster than expected with Elements. I don't even need to do it that often to have a good effect. Really happy with the program.
