I originally bought this program to help me improve my mobility, but it has been wonderful at helping me improve my strength and general fitness as well. After injuring myself in CrossFit, elements helped me recover and get back to the gym

Before starting this program I had a a bunch of issues that felt really limiting and made me feel old though I am in my mid thirties. I often had discomfort and pain after working out in my joints and back. I was incredibly stiff and had no coordination or control over my body. To be honest, it made me feel old, especially when playing with my kids on the floor. I’ve been doing this program for a few weeks alongside with my workout routine. It’s incredibly fun for me. I can sit and move on the floor with no discomfort at all. I feel like I have control over my body which has affected my workouts positively (I performing movements with greater precision) and playing with my kids (I don’t feel like I would hurt them and I can pay much longer with no issues). I also just feel loose and ready for the day mentally and physically. I don’t feel old anymore. Very grateful for these guys and their program. Kind of gave me my youth back.

I have had pain across my entire back for the past 2 years. Sitting, bending and even sleeping hurt, let alone playing with my 3 and 6 year old kids. Since starting the GMB Elements program, the pain started to ease within the first week! This was astounding to someone as sceptical as myself about programs claiming to help people move better while having fun. I'm nearly half way through Elements and continue to gain confidence in my 49 year old body's ability to move with ease. Not only can I keep up with my kids (smiles all round), but as a bonus I'm also losing weight while toning up (more smiles). A flow on effect has been improved mental health and wellbeing for myself and subsequently my family. I love being able to train anywhere, at your pace, consistently. Give Elements a go and see what the hypes about!

For me highlighting my mobility, stability and flexibility issues was an eye-opener while doing elements. After just completing a couple of weeks of exercises I have already seen changes in my body and made me a better mover.

I’ve been quite occupied by my work, so I tried to do Element at least 2-3 times a week of 15 min duration. Though the movements themselves aren’t super difficult, I still sweat trying to do them slowly to let my body feel which part I can work a bit harder on or which part I can manage to stall a bit longer than before. After watching Ryan’s video about how he does when doing the Element, it really helps me to modify how to benefit the most out of even just a 15-min training.

Life is busy, and this program is one of the few that worked for me. When I manage to keep at it regularly (min. 4 times a week) I feel a huge difference in my body. No lower back pain, feeling stronger and more mobile. I love how the program focuses on feeling out where one is at and then encourages/reminds me to start from there.

Elements is an outstanding training program. It is fun and challenging. It improves mobility and coordination, as well as increases strength. On the more practical side, ample guidance is given in each session. A different exercise program is given every time, with increasing difficulty and fun variations of some basic movements. I highly recommend it.
