Elements is an outstanding training program. It is fun and challenging. It improves mobility and coordination, as well as increases strength. On the more practical side, ample guidance is given in each session. A different exercise program is given every time, with increasing difficulty and fun variations of some basic movements. I highly recommend it.

Sometimes I get stiffness that I just cannot fix (from sitting at the computer etc)but Elements gets me moving more freely again. I’ve gone through the whole program once before and I’m doing it again now. I’m hoping to improve those movements that were difficult for me the first time around. I love that I can go at my own pace and redo sessions at times

I have been following both the Elements and Integral Strength programmes for several months and have been really impressed. I have noticed a huge difference in mobility, particularly in my hips, and shoulder strength. It is well worth slowing down and not trying to force the movements because increased mobility will come with practice.

Simply put - it is an outstanding program to be either used as the basis for your training or as a supplement to other modalities. I can not recommend it highly enough. Despite how simple it looks, once you start doing it you will feel the benefits.

I have learned a lot moving halfway through the Elements Program. Like not being so demanding of myself regarding doing the movements perfectly. That was a great relief but I had to learn the lesson the hard way. Now I can enjoy paying attention to my breathing and controlling my movements. I am feeling stronger than ever before. Did you ever look at a frog's legs? They are really jacked. My legs are getting there day by day. As my strength and practice grow, the training becomes more and more enjoyable.

Good workout, like anything you will get out of it what you put in. About 75% through it, only doing a couple to three sessions a week and before starting I couldn’t touch my toes by about 2-3” now I can. It is hard on the wrists for sure- you kind of get used to it but if you have compromised wrists, might not work for you.

This program has helped my mobility, flexibility and fundamental physical movements. I sit at a desk all day, and had noticed being more stiff, and more prone to injuries. I have at a couple of lower back issues as well. This program has made a big difference in how I feel, my ability to move and do normal activities. I have also found that these GMB programs make a HUGE difference in my lower back issues when I am consistent. I like the new layout of the programs, they are easy to use - I like the tutorials, the ability to disable them and auto-play - and that I can set the length of the workout. Thanks for these programs!
