Being in my late 60s, I wanted something to help keep strong and mobile as long as possible. Other programs deal with muscle strength and flexibility but Resilience looks to reinforce the joints and connective tissues. I've not completed the programme yet but things are looking and feeljng good so far.

Through years of sports and then bodyweight strength training, I developed some tendonitis in both of my elbows. I decided to try Resilience to see if it would help with this. It has! My strength and mobility in my wrists and ankles has gotten better too. This is not like any other program I've done. I'll be honest, it's not the most fun GMB program I've done. For me, it's more awkward and more uncomfortable and is one I have to make myself do, however, I find it easy to keep motivation to keep going. My motivation is make and keep my joints strong enough to do the kind of training I want to do for decades to come without wrecking my body. I've completed it and come back again because I've experienced the difference it makes. Side note, this program has the most unorthodox and challenging core exercises (ex: plank shoulder circles) I've ever done.

The resilience program was challenging but fun. I had went through other GMB programs before, so I had experience with the GMB program format and a base level of physical abilities from programs such as Elements. Each movement presents several variations depending on your capabilities, so it's not just for advanced folks. The 15 minute option for sessions is great if you're pressed for time. I learned several new movements in this program, improved my mobility, strength, and control also.

The GMB programs and especially the GMB team are great. The GMB team helps you with any questions or problems that may arise. Resillient helps you to gain confidence in your own body in a targeted way with coordinative and varied movements or to regain confidence after injuries or prolonged inactivity. It is also fun and enables you to move better in everyday life.

I purchased Resilience before Integral Strength, and I like to return to it anytime I need quick and focused training on a specific part of my body. Excellent program!

Resilience may imply an endurance & flexibility focus, but some of the moves are sure to challenge your strength more than anything else.

I've found Resilience to be extremely valuable as a comlimentary program to my other martial arts and GMB training. For me the focus of the program is more about strengthening the "missing links;" the parts of other complex movements that are often overlooked/underdeveloped and can lead to injuries...especially as we get older! At *gulp* 53 years old making sure I'm able to continue to do things I enjoy is becoming more important with each passing day, and I feel that the exercises in Resliance do a good job targeting areas that can and often do become problematic like the ankles, wrists, shoulders, etc. Would recommend this as a great complimentary program to other sports exercises as well as just something to keep the missing links in good working condition!
