“I'm a former judo competitor, and later a powerlifter, and at 54 I find myself with painful joints and the limited mobility that only a 90-year-old can have. I decided to purchase Resilience, and after four weeks or 12 sessions, I saw significant improvements in my mobility and daily life. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who does strenuous work and simply wants to regain some of the quality of movement that years of inactivity are robbing us of.”
“Excellent program!!! I get back what I put into it training wise. Worth every penny. Great tutorials with simple instructions. I’m hooked on Gmb !! Thankfully moving through life with more ease and having fun. Thanks”
“Signed up to this to deal with some ongoing aches and stiffness from running, that I've never really dealt with; now in my 50s I've realised I need to do more maintenance.. It starts off a bit wierd, some of the exercises will have you scratching your head (seal walks?), and sometimes it will be really hard (14 minutes of various planks), but after moving the sessions up to 30 minutes from 15 minutes, and doing it three times per week, it's starting to click. Things seem easier and I do feel less achy and more mobile.
Saw this as as a gateway drug to GMB and it hasn't put me off. Elements next once the winter sets in and running gets less fun. A really cheap option to improve your wellbeing!”
“The experience with resilience so far as been extremely positive. I've coupled it with FLOOR LOCO as a warm up. Started both at the same time and sometimes they complement each other what is very cool. Haven't noticed a significant difference in my resilience but some of the ways it twists me have been giving me a lot of stress relief.
As a rookie personal trainer and a movement enthusiast I'll definitely use some of the moves with my clients hence why I first needed to feel them in action”
“At first sight the program looked very easy siting in the chair but when stood up and started to practise I realized that is "a tough Cookies" I was struggling with stiiffness in my hip joints and Sumo exercises released those tension. Now I feel literaly power in my hip joints My favourite one is the Butterfly shoulder exercise the Best one in my case. In the Last give years my right shoulder was weak and this shoulder friendly exercise heald my shoulder, no more weakness Thank you for these great program. I feel again power in my whole joints and body :)”
“Some years ago my daughter asked me to teach her a handstand.
Okay! Let’s go … but then I realized that I could not perform a handstand, too. Holy crab!
On internet I found a great tutorial on handstands written by the GMB group. This was an extraordinary good written proposal.
I performed a lot of sports on competition levels (KENDO, race cycling, open water swimming, skiing), but the GMB method was very different. After joining the ELEMENTS program I learned what “Physical Autonomy“ means: Increased joint mobility, motor control in every range of motion, coordinated strength and a lot of FUN!
Due to GMB there was a lot improvement in every sport I am performing. So, I integrated animals moves like BEAR, FROG, MONKEY in the warming of our Kendo Dojo. After joining the MOBILITY, MOBIUS and VITAMINS programs I was able to play with a lot of movements.
At the moment I am dealing with some shoulder and a lower back problems. The RESILIENCE program is a wonderful addition for every athlete (especially regarding martial arts). For me it is a great support regarding revalidation and prevention, too. It safely strengthens connective tendons and ligaments, creates margin with greater range of motion, improves balance and proprioception, acclimatizes to discomfort so you can stay calm. However, there is one very important point: you have to be consistent in your training!
That is the real magic of all martial arts and the vision of the GMB groep! These guys will take care of you.
DO IT ! :))
Kind regards from Rotterdam.
