I’ve tried 6 different mobility programs. GMB presents their programs exactly how I need and much easier to use than any of the others. I love being able to just hit play and be able to follow along with the program. The instructions are very clear. The videos are high quality. The way i’m able to rate my session and add notes is something I wouldn’t have thought I wanted yet I like the way that is presented too. I also love having the choice to do a short version. It’s hard to fit everything in and do an hour plus mobility session too. Best of all, I’m getting more mobile. It feels great! I’ll definitely be buying more GMB programs when I complete this one.

I used to do a lot of stretching prior to my workout, now I do resilience, which I consider more mobility. There is a 15 or 30 minute routine. I do the 15 minute routine prior to whatever main workout I am doing that day. I feel as though my range of movement has improved

Resilience in my own body had been my issue when training. I’d get so far and then get injured and everything would stop and then I’d fall back again. It got quite demotivating. That is what drew me first to Elements and then to the Resilience programme. Elements helped get the building blocks right. The Resilience programme pushes me further and has been a great complement to Elements for me: a lot of whole body movement and even with weirder moves I like that they still seem somehow functional. Also they are fun to do and taught in an exploratory way - I do the level that feels right for me that day, no guilt. Oh and it works, hell yeah, my whole body feels stronger, more connected and so far no big setbacks so clearly more resilient!

The focus on physical autonomy, useful real-world strength, balance and strong joints is amazing. I've been using GMB programs for 4 months and I'm in better shape than I've ever been. Ryan is a great instructor, too.

This is not my first GMB program. The system is great, an app that you follow and isnt overbearing. It asks you how much time you have before getting into the quick warmup, then it asks how youre feeling before the practice. I came at it hoping for a solution for my noisy knees (and its working pretty well). The wacky movements are humbling and enjoyable. Just wait till you have to get up on your toes for flamingoes.

Without having tried Integral strength, i dare say Resilience is the smaller sibling with a lot of very useful exercises for general all purpose strength and, surprise, joint resilience. I maintained the legs part a good while after finishing as a legs strength workout.

Elements Resilience is a great program, well structured with a very good progressive approach. Which allows you to work at your own pace. Please note you do need a good size working area to allow for some of the more animal locomotion movements.
