“It is very disappointing that my hose reel no longer feeds the hose correctly. You have sent me a new sprocket and instructions on how to manufacture a wooden tool to re tension the reel. This is backyard stuff and not the customer service of a first rate company.It should not have broken down in such a short time.”

“Instructions were well presented as was the video on replacing the Hose Reel Cog. Would highly recommend watching the video before attempting to replace the Hose Reel Cog just to understand what is involved. Instructions on making a Hose Reel tensioning tool were also excellent.”
