“A small part inside my hose reel broke. I've had it for over 3 years so I fully expected to be told that it is out of warranty or a non serviceable part or some other cheap excuse most retailers use to try to make you buy an entirely new unit. Nevertheless, I emailed Hoselink. I couldn't find it online listed as a 'spare part' so I just described it the best I could. The next day, I got a prompt and courteous reply telling me that a replacement part was on its way to me, free of charge. No questions, arguments, negotiations, nothing... just good service.
