“Somehow an error was made with our order.
We received 2 hose repair kits for 19mm instead of 12mm.
The error could have been either end of the order. I'm not confident I typed in the correct part code.
On request, when we returned the unused kit advising of this error, Hoselink kindly swapped it for the correct part and our hose is now repaired and retracting.
Prompt service and exactly met our needs.
Wish other businesses could be so user frinedly.

“It is a great repair kit but it would have been nice to know I would need a firelighter to shrink the plastic. I don't own one and will have to purchase or borrow”
