“I was intially very happy with the product,
and even ordered more products to connect with my hose reel.
I followed all the HoseLink instructions for installation to a T.
Unfortunately the bracket broke and hose reel feel off the wall,
as it crashed to the ground- the casing became damaged.
Hopefully the Hoselink team, will help me to resolve the issue.
I'm now quite dissappointed as I saved up,
so that I could specfically make a 'quality purchase'
