“We unfortunately had a leaking issue with our first evolve retractable hose reel. I contacted customer service and they immediately said that yes, there was a flaw in one of the parts for the evolve retractable reel's that were ordered in October/November. They immediately sent us a new one and simply asked that we send the old one back to them.
The new one is fantastic with no issues. Would highly recommend this product. worth every penny. The customer service was exceptional.”
“This reel is a big improvement on the previous models of retractable reels used. I'm impressed with the very positive and consistent retraction mechanism. While occassionally the guide becomes misaligned with hose winding, it's fairly quick and easy to remove the guidance tooth and re-align the guide. The Hoselink support and video were great. Unfortunately, the side rollers on the guide weren't strong enough when the hose was pulled at an angle, and I've broken them on both reels used. It's worth mentioning too that the flow through 30m of hose, in my situation, has been very good.”
