“I had heard that you released a new lid design that would be easier to clean and help prevent mold buildup—something I experienced with my original lid. However, after receiving the new one, I haven’t noticed any changes. It looks and functions the same, and I’m still concerned about the same mold issues. Just wanted to share this feedback in case further improvements are being considered.”
